My course is starting soon, shouldn't I have heard from the facilitator?
It is standard practice for the facilitator to send a welcome email prior to the start date of the course. If you haven't received an email, it is very likely that the welcome message to you was filtered by a spam blocker. Please still enter the course within 4 days of the course start date. Once in the course, go to Participants to access the facilitator's email address to send them a message letting them know you didn't receive the welcome.
You will receive a system-generated confirmation e-mail for the following reasons:
- You join PBS TeacherLine
- You are invited to accept an invitation to a course
- You enroll in a course
- You drop or withdraw a course
- PBS TeacherLine cancels or closes your course
- You submit a help ticket or a note was added to your help ticket
If you do not receive these e-mails, please check to be sure that it was not directed to your spam or junk e-mail folder. Log in and check the "Edit My Profile" page to confirm that you are using the same e-mail address that you used when you joined PBS TeacherLine.
Be sure that you have added your facilitator's e-mail address and teacherline-noreply (at) pbs (dot) org as safe senders in your e-mail system.
