I am receiving an "Access Denied" message.

If you receive an "Access Denied" message, you may need to clear your browser cache - an area in your browser where data from Web sites is stored. It's a good idea to clear your cache regularly to ensure that you are viewing the most current version of a Web site. To clear your cache:

Internet Explorer (Windows)

Open a new browser window and go to the "Tools" menu
Select "Internet Options"
In the "General" tab, and under "Temporary Internet Files," click the "Delete Files" option
Click "OK" to delete the files
Click "OK" to close the Internet Options dialog box

Safari (Mac)

Click the "Safari" menu on your browser
Select "Empty Cache"

Firefox (Windows & Mac)

Select the 'History' menu, and scroll down to 'Show in Sidebar'
Highlight the directories of history and hit the delete key on your keyboard
