Mixie Reports: Mixie visits a bakery, and we learn how whole wheat bread is made.

Breakfast Boost

Fizzy oversleeps for the mayor's inspection and frantically rushes to get the Lunch Lab ready, but now he doesn't have time for breakfast! When Fizzy falls asleep during the inspection, Corporal Cup whips up a balanced breakfast to rejuvenate Fizzy...and the mayor.

Mixie visits a school and interviews children to find out what they bring for lunch. She shows examples of balanced meals.

Fizzy hosts the updated USDA Food Pyramid and we learn all about eating a variety of foods every day.

Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of Very Berry Pancakes.

The Finicky Fork: Nelly Nitpick, the infamous food critic, is coming to review The Lunch Lab. The gang is on edge because she has a notoriously picky palette - and she HATES veggies! How will she rate Fizzy’s Veggie Black Bean Burger and can the Lunch Lab get a four-star review?
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits a local farmer’s market and we learn all about veggies.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts Barry Broccoli, who is bummed kids don't seem to like him. Fizzy cheers him up while showing delicious broccoli dishes.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of a delicious Veggie Frittata.

Fast Food Franny: Something smells fishy about the Lunch Lab's newest member, an awfully hairy little girl named Franny. Some quick thinking by Mixie reveals Franny is actually Fast Food Freddy in disguise! The gang decides to teach their new friend "Franny" about the benefits of a tasty snack with good fats.
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits The Food Project, an organic, community farm. We learn all about harvesting veggies.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts a super cool jar of natural peanut butter, Natural Nut. Fizzy gushes over the flavor artist’s greatest “hits”.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of Mighty Mashed Cauliflower.

Jinormous Juicer: Fizzy reveals his latest invention - The Juicenator 3000 just in time to make orange juice with the Lunch Labbers. But when Fizzy turns on the machine, it knocks out power to The Lunch Lab. While the gang waits for the electricity to come back on, Fizzy goes "old school" to teach the gang how to make fresh-squeezed O.J. without fancy contraptions.
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits a cranberry bog where we learn all about cranberries and its super-fruit qualities.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts a glass of Tap Water and a fancy Bottle of Water.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of a Fizzy Pomegranate Drink

Family Food Fun: It's late and the Lunch Lab is about to close for the night. Just as Fizzy is about to turn off the lights, the doorbell rings. Avril has dragged her over-worked mom and brother to the Lunch Lab for some family-time food education. Fizzy and the crew happily lend a hand, and show the benefits of cooking and eating dinner as a family.

Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy interviews a Family Dinner Table. The Dinner Table reminisces about the good old days when the family ate dinner together every night.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of Mini Burger Sliders.

Android Aggravation: Professor Fizzy needs a vacation. Since The Lunch Lab can’t run without him, he invents the RoboFizz 2000 to oversee the Lab. But when the robot is reprogrammed by Fast Food Freddy to serve only greasy food, Fizzy rushes home to save the day (with a tasty tropical treat).
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits a produce market, and we learn all about different fresh fruits.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy interviews a laid back Pineapple from Hawaii.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of yummy Fruit Kabobs.

Protein Pushups: The Lunch Labbers can't keep up with Corporal Cup's exercise regimen. Their muscles are tired. Fizzy decides to teach everyone about the importance of protein. We visit Sully the Cell as he introduces us to a muscle fiber and teaches us the benefits of lean protein.
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits a seafood restaurant, and we learn about the process of how fish gets from the ocean to our plate.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts a super-energetic sunny-side-up egg.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of a Turkey Breast Rainbow Wrap.

Webisode: Fast Food Freddy hypnotizes the entire city (and the Lunch Lab gang) with his new creation: The Lazy Hazy. Mixie is the only one who's not affected. She whips up some delicious Fruit Booster Bars to save the day. Fizzy and Mixie hit the streets to get everyone moving again.
Mixie Reports: Mixie visits an elementary school class at recess, and we learn all about staying active.
Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts an energetic Soccer Ball and a Soccer Video Game System. The real soccer ball is way more fun.
Food Camp: Corporal Cup walks us through the creation of Terrific Trail Mix Recipe.

Webisode: Lunch Labber Avril has a BIG stomachache after eating too many candy apples while visiting Greasy World. Fizzy calls upon Sully the Cell to teach us about simple and complex sugars. The gang prepares a delicious real apple snack that leaves everyone smiling.

Lunch Lab Live!: Fizzy hosts a smart Banana, but when a hyper piece of candy crashes the show, things don’t go according to plan.
