SciGirls STEM Database — finding an after school STEM club for girls
One of the best ways to encourage kids in science is to get them involved. Hands-on experience helps children see that science is a trial-and-error process and that it’s okay not to know everything from the get-go—after all, science is based on asking questions! SciGirls encourages kids to try science, helping them find afterschool programs that are part of the National Girls Collaborative Project, a network of girl-serving STEM organizations.
