Phone Voting.  If you are calling during a valid Voting Period, you will hear a message thanking you for your vote.  Any calls made after your 1st call per book per day will NOT be counted, regardless of the fact that the audio message will still thank you for your vote.  Outside of the active Voting Period, you will hear a busy signal or local carrier error message, and your call will not count as a vote. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent and received. To cancel, text STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE to 97979. During the valid vote window, users will receive a one-time ‘Thanks for Voting' message upon their first vote for a given book, regardless of the number of votes cast. You will receive one (1) confirmation text message per valid vote per book per day. If you send a text message vote outside of the valid Voting Period, you’ll get a text message back letting you know that voting is closed.  Any vote attempts above one (1) per originating phone number per book per day will NOT be counted as valid. Message and date rates may apply. To get help with voting by SMS, send HELP to 979797, or e-mail Telescope customer service at info@telescope.tv.

By participating, each individual forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Administrators, and Twitter and Facebook and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with this voting event, however caused. By voting, you are agreeing not to use any unofficial, third party services to cast votes on your behalf.  Administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion.

Administrators reserve the right to modify any of the voting periods, voting methods, and any other terms and conditions of these rules at any time in their sole discretion.
