Susan Au Allen Susan Au Allen is the National President and CEO of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC), an organization she founded in 1984 with a group of civic and business leaders in Washington, DC. Prior to assuming this position, Allen practiced law in Paul Shearman Allen & Associates of Washington, DC and Hong Kong, specializing in immigration and international trade. In 1999 A-Magazine named Ms. Allen one of 25 Most Influential Asian Americans; and in 2005 she was installed into the Minority Business Hall of Fame.
