Sabrina L. Schaeffer is the managing partner of Evolving Strategies, a visiting fellow at the Independent Women's Forum and a senior policy analyst with the Independent Women's Voice.

Prior to launching Evolving Strategies, Schaeffer worked in numerous communications positions. She served as the speechwriter for Sen. George Voinovich (R-OH), the Director of Media Relations and Public Affairs at the Republican Jewish Coalition in Washington, DC, where she frequently served as a spokeswoman for the organization, and a member of the communications team for Bob McEwen's primary campaign in Ohio's second district.

She has commented on politics and political culture in publications such as The Weekly Standard, The Washington Times, Philanthropy Magazine, National Review Online, Doublethink, Policy Review, Tech Central Station, and American Enterprise Online as well as on NBC, MSNBC, FOX News Channel and radio stations across the country.

Schaeffer received two Master of Arts degrees in politics and American history from the University of Virginia. She has a husband, Adam, and two daughters Findley and Penelope.
