Conservative Commentator Genevieve Wood is the Director of Strategic Operations at The Heritage Foundation where she coordinates long-term and short-term strategic initiatives in the media, on the Hill and at the grassroots level to educate Congress and the Administration about the Foundation's key issues.

In 2005, she launched her own media training and video production company, W Media.

From 1991 until 2004, Wood worked in a number of media-related positions for such organizations and companies as Family Research Council, the Leadership Institute, National Public Radio's Los Angeles affiliate KCRW, NBC News, and the Republican National Committee in Washington.

Wood graduated from the College of Charleston, (South Carolina) in 1990, with a BA in History. She lives in Washington, D.C. and is a native of Texarkana, Texas.
