A new study on customer rage shows an increasing displeasure with the entire shopping experience. ASU's Indian Legal Program is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The program was established in 1988 to provide legal education, scholarship in the area of Indian law and public service to tribal governments. A new exhibit in Phoenix showcases more than 50 pieces of community artwork.
