A lawsuit to provide services for the mentally ill in Arizona who do not qualify for Medicaid has finally been settled. It was filed in 1981. Reporting by the Arizona Republic says Arizona’s congressional delegation is a microcosm of the problems with congress. Grand Canyon Institute has analyzed the economic impact of the loss of extended federal unemployment benefits.
