Curator's Choice: Italian Futurism at the Guggenheim Museum
Video duration: 4:36
At the Guggenheim Museum, curator Vivien Greene talks about the exhibition "Italian Futurism, 1909–1944: Reconstructing the Universe." This is the first comprehensive overview of Italian Futurism to be exhibited in the United States. The movement began in 1909, when Italian intellectual Filippo Tommaso Marinetti published his "Founding and Manifesto of Futurism," and lasted until the end of WWII.
