On Monday, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn) announced that she is seeking the Republican nomination for President of the United States. Her announcement came a day after the Des Moines Register Iowa Pollshowed that she was tied with front-runner Mitt Romney. Gwen, Judy and Hari also discuss New York state legislature's late-night vote legalizing same-sex marriage in the Empire State.
