Michael Viqueira

Michael Viqueira is a Capitol Hill correspondent for NBC News and MSNBC, NBC's 24-hour cable news network." In addition, he's a columnist for MSNBC.com and contributor to "Daily Nightly" and "First Read."

In 2005, Viqueira served as chairman of the Executive Committee for the Congressional Radio-Television Correspondents Association.

Viqueira previously worked as a reporter and producer on "Good Morning Japan" and "Prime Time News" for NHK-Japan Broadcasting Corporation.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Government and Politics.
