Susan Davis
Susan Davis is chief congressional reporter for USA Today. Before joining the newspaper she served as a congressional correspondent for National Journal. Prior to that she was the lead writer for the popular political blog “Washington Wire” at The Wall Street Journal, where she was a member of WSJ’s political team. As part of that team, Davis covered the 2008 presidential campaign, Congress and congressional campaigns. Davis began her career at the National Journal Group as a research associate for the Alamanac of American Politics and later covered the U.S. House for Roll Call and also worked for CongressDaily, covering the House, Senate and campaign finance beats.
