David helps a neighbor water the lawn as his father pushes the battery operated transporter unit behind him. After David returns to his isolator, the suit and associated items are cleaned.

"Wash any internal or external portion of the pressure suit, tunnel, tunnel sheath, boots, gloves, helmet and ring connector assembly as needed by swabbing with a cloth dampened with a solution of 50% isopropyl alcohol and water until satisfactorily clean."
