What did you think of today's challenge?

Today's challenge was grueling and a bit stressful, but all in all it was a good test on execution and speed.

What did you prepare today?

Bibb salad, crispy calamari, Ahi tuna with asparagus salad and uni risotto.

How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?

I was slow... very slow but I guess that's what I get for not working in a restaurant for two years.

What was the highlight of the day's events?

Knowing I was staying another round.

Are there any lessons you took away from today?

Quality over speed is what will keep customers coming back.

What was the most constructive or interesting piece of feedback you heard from the judges?

You can teach speed but not flavors.

How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?

I think I am doing very well; I want it more than they do.

Who do you think is faring the best and why (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?

Sara is still solid and continues to keep on working hard and preparing great food.

What do you think your fellow competitors think of you (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?

They know I want it bad and that I am not going to take no for an answer, no matter what.
