What did you think of today's challenge?

Tough — not something I am used to.

What did you prepare today?

Pork terrine inlaid with a pork tenderloin, roasted red pepper, haricot verts, red wine déglacé, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?

Not sure — lots I could have done better.

What was the highlight of the day's events?

No one was cute.

Are there any lessons you took away from today?

Yes, I need more practice with terrines.

What was the most constructive or interesting piece of feedback you heard from the judges?

Line my terrines with plastic wrap.

How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?

Not looking so good.

Who do you think is faring the best and why (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?

Either Sara or J.P. — Sara keeps winning challenges and J.P. is staying under the radar.

I think they respect me if nothing else.
