What did you think of today's challenge?

Very difficult! But I felt very confident about my role.

What did you prepare today?

Heart of palm salad, marinated skirt steak, roast chicken adobo, skirt steak cubano, rice with citrus and sweet plantains with cumin spiked yogurt and key lime hobinaro gastrique.

How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?

I did well, we did well!

What was the highlight of the day's events?

Being a team, coming together and getting the job done, even if a little messy.

Are there any lessons you took away from today?

To be together — work as a team and support each other.

What was the most constructive or interesting piece of feedback you heard from the judges?

They liked our innovative use of spice and yogurt. To continue to look at plantains.

How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?

Who knows? They are great chefs, wonderful friends and terrific people.

Who do you think is faring the best and why (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?

Katie kicks ass!
