What did you think of today's challenge?

Really hard — last time I worked with terrine was a long time ago.

What did you prepare today?

Chicken terrine and avocado mouse with chimichuri.

How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?

No, everything came out the way I like it.

Me being the best.

Keep it simple!

Right now I am doing better than a couple of guys.
