Mackenzie Melemed

Mackenzie Melemed (piano), 13, is a seventh grade student at the Paxton Center School in Paxton, Massachusetts. He has performed at more than one hundred venues and has received numerous awards, including the Irving Berlin Award, Grand Prize at the 2006 Bradshaw, and the Buono International Piano Competition. In his free time, Mackenzie enjoys bowling, golfing, working on his model trains, and organizing fundraisers. He was honored with the “Everyday Hero” award from Anna Maria College for his volunteer work with senior citizens.
