The Ridere String Quartet
The Ridere String Quartet is comprised of Emma Steele (violin), 18, from Chicago, Illinois, Ryan Meehan (violin), 18, from Winnetka, Illinois, Samantha Bennett (violin), 18, from Evanston, Illinois, and Mindy Park (cello), 18, from Palatine, Illinois. They are all students at the Music Institute of Chicago and are coached by Roland Vamos. The quartet has participated in competitions around the country and won both the St. Paul String Quartet Competition and the Rembrandt Chamber Players High School Competition in Chicago.
