Kyla Moscovich
Kyla Moscovich (trumpet), 15, from Tarrytown, New York grew up playing in jazz clubs with her family. A sophomore at Sleepy Hollow High School, she studies with Vincent Penzarella at the Manhattan School of Music’s Pre-College Division. Kyla won first place in the 2006 National Trumpet Competition’s Middle School Division, and has participated in the International Trumpet Guild Youth Competition. Kyla also sings and studies ballet, hip-hop, and other forms of dance.
