We note the passing of the iconic Louisiana Chef Paul Prudhomme who died today. Chef Prudhomme hosted several PBS cooking shows, such as "Chef Paul Prudhomme's Always Cooking!" He achieved fame as the executive chef of Commander's Palace, a legendary New Orleans restaurant, before opening K-Paul's in 1979 in the French Quarter.
