Will they cash in on treasure...
or cash out on trash?
Bob Richter comes to MARKET WARRIORS as a lifelong collector and with the sensibility of an interior designer. Growing up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, surrounded by his family’s interior design business, he was inspired from an early age by old movies, attic treasures, and his grandmother’s design and business skills. From there, his love of flea markets, garage sales, and thrift shops grew, eventually leading him to New York City where he began working for an antiques dealer while pursuing undergraduate and Master's degrees at New York University. Bob soon became a regular at local flea markets, where people soon noticed his eye for design. Interior design jobs followed, and today he runs his own successful interior design company, Richter Design, where he employs his tongue-in-cheek motto: “More Is More.” Bob’s top tip for a newcomer to flea markets is, “Buy what you love, live with what you love!” Bob lives and works in New York City.
"I believe I'm curating beautiful and interesting things and caring for them so they can continue to bring joy to future generations of passionate collectors."

For Mel Brooks the spoofing is in the details. The classic Hollywood Horror film is always black-and-white and includes scene transitions like iris outs, wipes and fades to black. Mel Brooks’s Hollywood Horror is no different. He even tracks down the original equipment from the mad doctor’s lab first used in the 1931 Frankenstein film.
