Description
Cecil Rhodes is one of the most controversial figures in the history of the British empire. Born in 1853, he went to Africa at the age of 17. When he was 20, he suffered his second heart attack and was given 6 months to live. Before he was 35, his company, DeBeers, controlled 95% of the world's diamond production. This series tells the story of his life in South Africa.
