Description
Lydia Aspen's sheltered childhood drives her to a fierce longing for worldly experience as she grows into womanhood. "Love For Lydia" is the story of Lydia and of the young men who are hopelessly caught up in that longing, and the joy and sorrow it brings them. Edward Richardson is Lydia's first love whose devotion to her survives his many rivals'. As a young newspaper reporter, he is sent to Aspen House to learn about the new young heiress. The Lydia he meets there is a shy, awkward teenager. The Lydia who emerges through their blossoming relationship is a beautiful, mysterious woman who puts men hopelessly under her spell...
