The Lord High Chancellor The presiding official of the Chancery Court Ian Richardson is probably best known for playing the disreputable politician, and later Prime Minister, Francis Urquhart, in House Of Cards, To Play The King and The Final Cut. In recent years, he's also put in memorable performances in Miss Marple: The Body in the Library, Murder Rooms, Gormenghast and The Woman in White. Richardson was also in Terry Gilliam's 1985 film Brazil.
