Sinclair Carver Bill Paterson Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Bill Paterson, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, has appeared in many dramatic productions ranging from Crush (opening in the US in the spring of 2002) to Wives and Daughters to Traffik, Hilary and Jackie and Spice World. He received the 1997 BAFTA Scotland Award as Best Actor for his performance in the television mini-series The Crow Road.
