Who Killed the Very Reverend Toby Spoon?

You selected Dr. Graham Taylor-Russell

The devious and somewhat demented Dr. Graham Taylor-Russell. His motive is not too compelling, though... but who can predict that which the calculating criminal mind is capable of? His love for Miss Bittles is intense, as demonstrated by that illogical spat over a math proposition. But let's assume that the intended victim was Lord Snuffington. Yes, the doctor could have committed the murder in response to Squeezy Bittle's amorous inclinations toward the lord and master. And yet, there are no hard clues that in any way implicate the doctor. No. Someone is lying and it's not the doctor. Find this liar and you've solved the case.
