Geoff Tabin is an ophthalmologist whose goal is to reduce preventable blindness around the world; he’s performed thousands of cataracts surgeries and created systems to facilitate many thousands more.
Geoff likes to climb really tall things and sometimes fall from them; oh yeah, he invented bungee jumping.

About Geoff Tabin
Geoff Tabin is a Professor of Ophthamology and Visual Sciences and Director of International Ophthamology at the John A. Moran Eye Center and University of Utah. He is also the Co-Founder of the Himalayan Cataract Project. While not curing blindness, Geoff climbs mountains around the world, including the highest points in each of the seven continents. And with his buddies at the Oxford Dangerous Sport Club (you read that right), he invented bungee jumping (you read that right, too).
