There's two main things that are—that make Silicon Valley special in the world. One is the culture of entrepreneurship, that I can easily find top quality talent that actually prefer to work at a startup company and are very interested in helping make the stock valuable—much more so than earning a salary or getting a great deal at the country club. And the other is the culture of investment. The fact of the matter is that the bulk of the venture capital in the world, and also the bulk of the angel investing in the world, comes from right here. And people understand what "venture" means, as opposed to "alone."
