One of the big implications when
you go from a liquid fuel energy source to a—using electricity from the grid
- is that the cost of energy goes from $2.50 a gallon to an equivalent of 70 cents
a gallon. In other words, it's much cheaper to run on electricity from the
grid.
And if you put solar cells on top of your house, it
becomes even cheaper.
