Besides the potential shortage of energy, the other thing that will drive the American companies is competition from abroad, and probably that will come first from Japan. And I know that many of the companies in Japan are already doing plug-in hybrid research. They've already got alpha and beta projects and they've already been doing research for a number of years. So, even if the American car companies decided to go full board today, they've got a lot of catching up to do.
