Excellent read definitely worth the time

Just saying, but if you added that 'speech' by George Bush, that would be a great favor because I'm making a video.

Why not also incorporate a small wind mill generator in front where the radiator would go to generate more electricity from the wind as the vehicle is moving, along with all the other diverse methods discussed on the show?

I just discovered this. Im teaching a summer session in Environmental Science. I might just let my students have the option of creating a film and adding their own narration and story line. Good idea. Can we see more and on other topics?

only problem is the nova bug. most cc footage doesn't require a bug so the fact that the bug is in the corner is a letdown IMO.

Just curious, why did you guys go with such a low-res, MPEG-4 format? It is rather soft and "jpeggy." Also, at least on the Mac, it is not real conducive to editing. It works OK in iMovie but, not so much in Final Cut Pro. In FCP, the audio has to be rendered out from the timeline first. Scrubbing is slow and choppy.

In the future, would you consider putting up clips in a more "pro" format such as motion JPEG, DV, DVCPro, or, dare I ask, in HD in say, HDV or DVCPRo HD?

Otherwise, I am looking forward to digging my teeth into this.

Thanks for the comments! Just as a note to Bill and others, there is no audio on any of the scenic clips.

Thanks again and happy filmmaking!
