Yep, this is not right. This seal represents the Federal Reserve Bank in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, one of twelve Federal Reserve Banks nationwide.
It would be fine on an older version of the bill, which features the individual
seal of the bank to which the note was issued. But here, it's bogus. A new,
universal seal representing the entire Federal Reserve System should be in its
place.
