Ship It's real—it's just one-twentieth of the scale of the big ship that went down in 1912. A 45-foot model Titanic, requiring 65 model makers nearly five months to build, was shot with a motion control camera. In order to create sweeping "aerial" shots like this one, the camera was mounted on an elevator base on 60 feet of track, so that it could be programmed by computer to move high above the model ship.
