W.I.I.N. (The Women's Implant Information Network) is an organization of citizens concerned with the silicone gel breast implant issue. It was formed as a direct result of these citizens feeling there was a need for comprehensive, balanced and unbiased information that could be made available to the public. It is the goal of W.I.I.N. to gather and make this information available to all women so they are able to make an informed choice with regard to the implant issue and encourages people to weigh decisions on the breast implant very carefully, allowing scientific evidence to take precedence over sensationalism.
