Boggess comments on this: "Originally entitled, 'Death Row, the Horror Within,' it was just an expression of the pain, anger and frustration of being locked up in prison and on death row. As far as using this horrified looking skull, I had just watched 'Heart of Darkness, the Making of Apocalypse Now' -- all the people back at the jungle with the skulls and heads on sticks kinda inspired me to do that."
