[SOURCE: A CONFIDENTIAL POLICE REPORT]
After meeting with Klein and Illich in Landshut, the German cops tap Illich's phone. On May 6, the cops hear him talking to Niemec, the man Dr. Vagner had contacted regarding getting his uranium sample tested. Illich also phones a trader by the name of Vaclav Havlik in Prague. Niemec calls Illich back on May 11, 1994, and says he's got uranium-238 and also enriched uranium-235.
