[SOURCE: A CONFIDENTIAL POLICE REPORT] On May 28, 1994, Illich meets the German cop Boden at rest stop on the highway near the Czech border and hands over a "sample." Laboratory analysis reveals that it is very low enriched uranium (about 4% U-235). This level of enrichment indicates that the sample probably came from a civilian nuclear plant.
