    Paul Winicki Paul Winicki has been an appraiser in Maryland for more than 30 years. In 1982, he founded Radcliffe Jewelers which currently has two locations in suburban Baltimore, Maryland. Radcliffe Jewelers is widely considered an industry leader in fine jewelry and watches. It is a member of the Jewelers of America, Couture Jewelers Group, and Maryland Jewelers Association. Radcliffe Jewelers has also been named one of North America's Leading Watch Retailers by International Watch Magazine (2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007) and one of the Nations Leading Jewelers by Harpers Bazaar (2007).

    Mr. Winicki has particular expertise in wristwatches and pocket watches. He has served on the Board of the Baltimore Museum of Art's American Wing and currently sits on the Acquisitions Committee. Mr. Winicki is also considered an expert in Baltimore Silver and Furniture from the late 1800s through the mid 1900s.
