    GUEST: It was given to me by a family member. This is a letter she wrote to Santa Claus in 1930.

    APPRAISER: The house itself is probably worth $500 to $1,000. You probably have about $3,000 worth of stuff. You got a really good gift. The other little girl that got it from Santa Claus must have been really happy with it, too.
