    APPRAISER: These china blanks would come from all over the world. Yours was done by the Lennox Company. When you see that artist's palette, it was meant for a home artist to put their designs on. The decoration is enameled. Dabs of colors are applied, then fired. It was a very difficult technique. The woman was quite accomplished at it. Value about $400 to $600.
