    GUEST: Well, this was my grandmother's, and it was sent to us after the war.

    APPRAISER: I see, and any idea how old it is?

    GUEST: I have no idea, that's what we'd like to know.

    APPRAISER: It dates from about 1680.

    GUEST: Oh.

    APPRAISER: Yes, from the reign of Charles II. You've got the original wooden pegs here, the original pull. If I were to see this come up for auction, I would expect it to bring around about $1,000. Thank you for bringing it in.
