Bid Amounts
All bids must be in at least $25.00 increments ONLY.
Tuition Details
All items are for TUITION ONLY. Additional school expenses such as REGISTRATION, BOOKS, OUT-OF-PARISH, or ANY other expenses are NOT INCLUDED.
If the school’s donated value is a partial tuition (doesn’t cover a full year’s tuition), the winning bidder is responsible for the remaining amount.
ALL students MUST have been accepted for entrance to the school PRIOR to the auction.
Age
Bidders must be at least 18 years old.
Bid Off (Rule Change)
The five highest bidders for each school will be called on auction night to participate in a bid- off. These five highest bidders will be given the option of continuing in the bidding process.
Tax Deductibility
The IRS stipulates that a charitable contribution is deductible only to the extent that it exceeds the value of the item.
Payment Plans
Payments can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
Elementary Schools:
Payment must be received prior to Wednesday, April 29, 2009.
Colleges & High Schools:
50% down -- Balance due in (3) monthly payments to be completed by Friday, June 12, 2009.

WLAE will issue a “paid-in-full” receipt to each high bidder and the school principal or president once the payment is complete. This will be done by mail.
Winners paying by credit card will have their charge accounts billed within three days following the auction.
