Sherry Tucker Brown

As the youngest of five girls growing up in NYC our mother, who was from Virginia, made sure we knew who we were and our His/Herstory, much of which she participated in and received an award for at a National Delta Convention. We have a photo of her participation in the first integrated Southern YWCA conference. Also. My Dad’s brother had the first Black CPA firm located in NYC. Talk to my cousin Judy Richardson, a Freedom Rider, the Series Producer “Eyes on the Prize,” “Malcolm X,” etc. also now a lecturer at Brown University on “The Movement.”
