Or is the view there that light rail cars, ticket-taking systems, concrete rail ties and overhead wiring systems are manufactured by hand on peasant communes in Chiapas? Any reports into union featherbedding by rail workers or public official backscratching? How about some candid shots of movers and shakers using transit on their daily errand-running and commutes? Oh wait, I forgot, the wealthy and politically connected don't actually use transit themselves. That's just for us propagandized masses.
