My parents taught me the value of hard work, integrity, respect, the difference between right and wrong and the difference between a need and a want. More importantly, they held love and God as the center of our family. We always had our needs met and most of our wants, but we also didn’t ask for a lot because we knew the load that our parents bore. To this day, I continue to work hard each day for everything that I have.
