Mission: To provide a stimulating environment that helps individuals discover, develop and expand their artistic abilities.
Founder: Hiroki Morinoue, Setsuko Watanabe Morinoue, Sam Rosen and Gerald Ben. All are artists who are known for their works throughout the state. Hiroki Morinoue is recognized in Japan and in the United States in several media but especially in wood block printing.

Vision: To establish an art center that would serve residents, and national and international visitors. The art center would provide a place of retreat for classes, exhibitions and studio work.
