Aesthetic Education Institute, based on the Lincoln Center Institute teacher training model; Aesthetic Education Focus Schools Program, year-long partnerships with schools interested in infusing aesthetic education in every classroom; Project SOAR After-school Program, based on the philosophy of aesthetic education where works of art are used as texts for learning; Ticket Subsidy, state and federal funds are reallocated out on a first- come, first-served basis for teachers to take students to see quality performances and exhibitions; Artists in the Schools Residency Program, each grade level in participating schools receives a artist in residency; Family Arts Series, a series of six professional works of art are offered at the ticket price of $6 per family throughout the school year; Senior Arts Program, workshops, ongoing classes and performances and exhibitions are provided free to individuals and senior groups at centers and retirement homes

Joe Oser's Songwriting residency was excellent in that it focused on our music heritage, was relevant to second graders, gave insight into the construction of music, allowed all to participate, and gave credibility to all students' efforts as songwriters.
